Frequently asked questions

Q. How do I enquire about using SEE Improvements services?
A. Simply contact one of our representatives by e-mail or telephone. Dependant on the nature of your enquiry and your business location a free initial consultation can be carried out by telephone or site visit by one of our consultants.

Q. What will be covered in the initial consultation?
A. This is an opportunity for you to understand what services SEE Improvements can offer you and for us to fully understand what your business requires and how we can help you to achieve it. Our company vision is 'to equip businesses with the necessary expertise to maintain compliance and continuously improve work place systems and cultures'.

Q. OK so we have identified an area for improvement or service that I require. What is the next step?
A. After agreeing terms and conditions with a timescale that suits you and your staff we will develop a plan to achieve the agreed objective. It is important that the recommendations that we provide are sponsored by all key personnel in the area of change.

Q. What support will SEE Improvements provide during the implementation stage?

A. We will maintain clear lines of communication at all times during the implementation stage. We will also be flexible to your requirements and make our knowledge and experience available to you and your staff as required.

Q. The change is now fully implemented. Do you provide a follow up service?
A. Yes we do. At a mutually agreeable time we would like to visit you and carry out a review. We are also happy to provide our customers with advice and guidance at any time by telephone or email.
